The Garden Room:

It is crowded for two; couples may double up but it is the same price

• Reservations can be made by telephone or E-Mail.  E-Mail is preferred.

• A 20% deposit in US $ is required to secure your reservation. 

• I will hold the room for a week against a check that is in the mail.  

• Payments can be made through Western Union or with a bank check or transfer.

• Payment of the full balance must be made in advance within a day of arrival. 

• Checks can be made out to:  CC&C or Jaenia Mikulka

• I will accept American Express or similar traveler’s checks and money orders.

• I am sorry, but I cannot accept credit card payments.

• Payment for the remainder of your rent must be made in advance within a day of arrival; cash is welcome.

• Deposits are not refundable.* 

• No Smoking in the rooms

 *If I turn people away when a room is reserved I will loose 100%; if you have to cancel you only loose 20%.

 

*You will forfeit the part of the deposit representing the cancelled days.  Your deposit is only applied to days you paid for; the rest is forfeit.

If you send $80.00 to reserve the Front Suite for a week and you stay only for one night, $17.00 is deducted from the deposit and you still owe $78.00 for that night.  The remainder is forfeited for cancellation. 

Deposit money will not be used as a credit for a shorter stay.

 

Guests who don't pay are subject to lock out

Unpaid balances are subject to the costs of collection; including attorney's fees
