*If I turn people away when a room is reserved I will loose 100%; if you have to cancel you only loose 20%.
*You will forfeit the part of the deposit representing the cancelled days. Your deposit is only applied to days you paid for; the rest is forfeit.
If you send $80.00 to reserve the Front Suite for a week and you stay only for one night, $17.00 is deducted from the deposit and you still owe $78.00 for that night. The remainder is forfeited for cancellation. Deposit money will not be used as a credit for a shorter stay.
Guests who don't pay are subject to lock out
Unpaid balances are subject to the costs of collection; including attorney's fees
